We want you to love your Maya Magal jewelry, however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewelry in its original Maya Magal box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Studio
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
